Cancelation/Return Policy:
You have the right to return the products you bought and claim their replacement, once the nature of clothing is such that sometimes can’t come up to your expectations due to the absence of physical presence during the purchase.
Return of non-defective products:
Our belief is that our e-shop doesn’t have to defer from our physical shop so the return of the products can be made due to size impairment, colour or for any other reason (ex. because you weren’t happy with your product). If the return is not carried out within 14 days then our e-shop is not obliged to accept any return of product for replacement or cancelation of the transaction. We point out that the departure date of the returning product is considered the one that is written on the courier’s pickup receipt. In any case the returning products must be in the condition that were received from the customer, full and without any damages and their packaging must be the one that accompanies the product and to be in perfect condition, alongside with all the documents that accompanied the product ( ex. receipt, bill of lading e.t.c). The returning expenses are charged to the sender.
The replacement of a product is possible if those requisites have been made:
- You have to contact the number 210-6228309
- The return must be carried out within 14 working days from the receiving day
- The product must not be used
- The product must be packed in its initial packaging and to be accompanied with its tags
- The product must be accompanied with all the necessary documents that prove the purchase accompanied with ( ex. receipt, bill of lading e.t.c)
- If the product does not meet with the above terms, it will be sent back to the sender
Return of Defective Products
In cases where, with proven fault of the masterskids e-shop, products of poor and defective quality were sold or by mistake in the receipt of the order, in the invoicing, in the shipment, damaged during transport, with poor packaging, etc. then she takes full responsibility for the replacement, the return cost (in which case she will deposit the corresponding amount of expenses in a bank account that will be indicated to her), as well as the remittance costs. The terms of return remain the same as those mentioned above.
CHANGES OR MONEY RETURNS IN UNDERWEAR AND SWIMWEAR ARE NOT ACCEPTED!
